all we need to do is find the tax and add it to $413 in order to find the tax we need to know 6.5% as a decimal which in this case is 6.5% = 0.065 so we multiply 413 by 0.065 so lets do the math:) 0.065 x 413 = 26.84500 now we just have to add that to 413 soooooo $413 + $26.84500 = $439.84500 and if we round that it becomesss $439.85 So your answer is D.) $439.85 hope this helped:) and dont forget to  MARK ME BRAINLIEST! :D
