4x+5y=20 in slop intercept form would be y= (-4/5)x + 4.  Slope intercept form is y=mx+b. So you would first subtract 4x from both sides. This ends up being 5y= -4x +20. Then divide both sides by 5. This gets you y= (-4/5)x +4.
